These terms apply to storm and weather alert text messages that home-service companies ("the Company") send to their customers through WeatherNudge. Each program belongs to one Company, named in every message and on its sign-up page.
What you get
Short texts from the Company when severe weather (for example hail, high wind, a hard freeze or flooding) is reported, warned or forecast near you, with an offer to check your home or vehicle and a private link to send photos. Message frequency varies, usually 1–4 messages a month, only around severe weather.
Costs
Msg & data rates may apply. There is no charge from the Company or from us for the alerts.
Stop and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from that Company; you get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to join again. Reply HELP for help, or contact the Company at the number in its messages. Support for this service: support@weathernudge.com.
Consent
You joined by signing up on the Company's page, QR code, website form or on-site form, by texting its keyword, or by giving the Company permission as its customer. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
