Payments for WeatherNudge are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.
Free trial
The 14-day trial is free and needs no card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
Monthly plans
You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full. Later monthly payments are not refunded for the remaining days, except where the law requires it.
Yearly plans
If you ask within 14 days of a yearly payment (first payment or renewal), we refund it in full. After 14 days the plan runs to the end of the paid year and is not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Text and email costs
Text messages and emails are paid in your own GoHighLevel, Twilio or email account; we cannot refund those charges.

Email support@weathernudge.com from your account email, or reply to your Paddle receipt. We answer within 3 business days.
