These terms are part of the Terms of Service between Kubilay Yusuf Mert ("Processor", "we") and the contractor using WeatherNudge ("Customer", "you"). They describe how we handle the personal data of your customers.
1. Your customer list is yours
You own your customer list and everything your customers send through the Service (consent records, replies, photos, notes). We process it only on your instructions and only to provide the Service.
2. What we never do
- We never sell your customer list or any part of it.
- We never share it with other contractors, agencies or any third party, except the service providers below.
- We never contact your customers for ourselves and never use your list for our own marketing.
- We never combine your list with other companies' lists.
3. Service providers (sub-processors)
Supabase (database and files), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI drafting and photo notes; no training on your data under its commercial terms), Resend (email delivery), Paddle (billing, contractor data only), and your own GoHighLevel or Twilio account. We will announce new sub-processors in the panel before using them.
4. Security
Access is limited to your company's users (row-level security per company), data is encrypted in transit, sending credentials are encrypted at rest, photo location data is removed, and staff access is limited and logged.
5. Requests and breaches
We help you answer your customers' requests to access, correct or delete their data. We tell you without undue delay if we learn of a breach affecting your data.
6. Export and deletion
You can export your data while your account is open. When your subscription ends we delete your customer data within 30 days and message (send) logs within 90 days, except consent and opt-out records that the law requires us to keep as proof, which are kept only for that purpose.
